Although the synchronisation was not exactly easy, she always retained her pleasant professional demeanour and always managed to calm me – bundle of nerves that I am – down. No less forthcoming, kind, obliging and emphatic was the legal transferor, Mr. Chládek. Although the negotiations were not always very easy Mr. Chládek kept calm all the time giving advice, providing support and suggesting solutions.
