 We turned to MAXIMA REALITY for buying an apartment in Bohnice, which we like the most from all offers from all estate agencies. The apartment was advertised as in a cooperative ownership and in the ongoing transfer to private ownership so therefore financed by mortgage. Everything seemed to be clear which later proved to be a big mistake, because to the whole transaction entered arrogant deputy of a housing association (by the way a public official, maybe that is why he was that arrogant ...), who shifted everything to almost absurd proportions. On one side there were the owners, MAXIMA REALITY and us as buyers. On the other side there was him as an individual stranger, who was ready to sabotage any attempt to get a flat as a no longer transferred and thus from the perspective of the bank as a stoppable. From this situation, we managed to get out with the elegance of Mrs. Wágnerová. I would like to thank her once again. Although we did not achieve the best financing option, in the end everything went well and we are finally living there. Although the transaction was almost endless and nerve wracking, if I should evaluate just a cooperation with MAXIMA REALITY, I have to evaluate it very well. If there was any problem, they immediately told us and they always had prepared some alternatives. So thank you all and I´ll talk about the agency in superlatives.
